The printing and packaging plant is under formation and will operate in the business of manufacturing Folding cartons, Flexible packaging and plastic packaging with an initial capital of 425 million Saudi Riyals through the public offering, complies with the requirements of the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

The company aims to produce primary and secondary packaging items related to the end users markets of pharma-health care, personal care, household care,  cosmetics, industrial, food and beverage sectors.
